1. Please tell us and our readers more about the nightlife in the Philippines right now in times of Covid and most of all in your hometown of Cebu.

Nightlife in the Philippines IS still down AT the moment due to the Pandemic. People in the events industry/artists ARE really struggling. We pray that we get to recover soon and bring back those live party memories just like the old times.

2. How long have you been MCing and what can we expect next from MC Genes?

I started when i was a Beatboxer and I've been in the industry for more than 10 years now. What can you expect next from me? I’m planning to do some vlogging on all my shows after the Pandemic so you can see what's really happening in and out of shows.

3. What has been your best and your worst gig experience so far. Be honest please, don't hold back.

Best and memorable gig so far was my first International show in Macau. Worst gig experience was when i had this Music Festival called Heatwave north of Cebu. No show from the organizers the time we asked for TFs. But they still managed to pay us after few months tho.

4. If you had to choose, which profession would you be going with? MC/DJ or something else?

I really wanted to become a DJ few years back. But decided to be an MC since majority of my friends are DJs. my goal is to help them maintain a hyped crowd during their sets.

6. With which intl. act would you love to collaborate and why?

I would love to collaborate with MC Villain and Da Tweekaz since i'm really A big Hardstyle music fan. Been following them since tomorrowland and on Defqon Main Stages.
